Sherlock Holmes Vs Jack the Ripper – Video Game Review
Sherlock Holmes is the reason why I got interested in detective stories, why I used to read all Nancy Drew book when I was a kid, and why I watch even anime like Detective Conan. Holmes is an addiction for me, and everything about him. That’s why when I heard that Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper will come out this month, I nearly flipped because of excitement.
People who are interested about the detective are usually also amazed at his most terrifying investigation involving the most bloodcurdling serial killer in England’s history: Jack the Ripper.
With all the movies, series, stories, documentaries, and whatnot about both Sherlock and Jack the Ripper, the game featuring the two is going to be awesome! I can’t express how strongly I feel about this game because there is just too much emotion.
In this game, you get to be an investigator, and you get to investigate the series of murders by a terrifying man who is hiding behind the nickname Jack the Ripper. Get to go around the dark Whitechapel streets and alleys and find out clues about each isolated murder.
The game is dark, exciting, terrifying at certain points, but it absolutely, totally rocks. Not to mention Sherlock looks bad *** compared to the previous games feauturing him. I’m going to be biased here because this is definitely my favorite, no questions asked. The screen shots released for Sherlock Holmes vs. Jack the Ripper were also remarkable. The environment, the clues, the overall graphics are two thumbs up.
